How do I get free shipping?

Any orders over $100 will be eligible for free standard ground shipping.

How do I know if my order is being processed?

After placing an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of your purchases. If within 24 hours following confirmation of your order, you still have not received a confirmation email, please check your “Junk or Spam folder”.  If this is not the case, please contact our customer service by mail:  and we’ll be happy to assist you. You can also, at any time, follow the status of your order via  My Account / My Orders.

To find your order number,  go into My Account / My Orders . Your order number is also listed on the order confirmation email.

What payment methods are accepted to pay for my purchases?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Interac directly on our website via secure 3D secure interface of our partner Adyen. For security reasons, the name and address of the credit card used must match the name and billing address. We do not accept payment by check.

Is the payment secure?

Online payment on our site is 100% secure. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Before confirming your payment, you can change or cancel your order at any time.  After confirmation of payment, it is not possible to cancel or modify an order.
