1. Where can I buy Lierac products?
Lierac products are sold in pharmacies. To find the closest store to you click here.

2. Is it possible to receive samples?
We do not send samples by mail. We reserve our trial sizes for points of sale that focus on advice and help customers try the products best suited to their individual needs. In these stores, you will also find some testers so that you can discover the textures and fragrances of certain products.

3. How can I receive information about the brand?
Range brochures are available at points of sale carrying our brand.
Due to the high demand, notably from students, we unfortunately cannot satisfy every request. Instead, we ask that you visit our website, where you can find all of the available information.

4. I would like to be a volunteer to participate in clinical tests for the products. What do I need to do?
We do not recruit volunteers for our clinical studies. For reasons of objectivity and confidentiality, these tests are carried out by independent laboratories with their own panels.

1. Are Lierac products tested on animals?
We do not test our products on animals. We comply with European regulations, which prohibit the use of such methods.

2. How long can I keep the products before and after opening?
Before opening: unless specified otherwise, our formulas have a proven stability of over 30 months. In these conditions, in compliance with cosmetic regulations, they do not mention a sell-by date.
And once they are opened? We print the PAO date (Period After Opening) on each product, using a pictogram representing an open jar and indicating the recommended period of use. This generally varies between 3 and 24 months.
